Where POPIA applies, Caraway Advisory Ltd acts as the responsible party for personal information processed under its control. We aim to process information lawfully and reasonably, for specific purposes, with appropriate quality, openness, security safeguards and respect for data-subject participation.
You may ask whether we hold your personal information, request access or correction, object to certain processing, request deletion where applicable, or raise a complaint. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
